This Smooth Mushroom Peanut Butter Smoothie is perfect for when you want something filling yet easy to make. The combination of peanut butter and mushrooms gives a unique depth of flavor—nutty, earthy, and slightly sweet when paired with banana. It’s a simple recipe that works well as a quick breakfast or a post-workout snack.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup cooked and cooled mushrooms (button or cremini)
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 tbsp oats (optional, for extra creaminess)
A few ice cubes
Method
Place the mushrooms, banana, peanut butter, and almond milk into a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add oats for extra creaminess and blend again (optional).
Toss in a few ice cubes and blend until frothy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled.
